SYNOPSIS
Just when Frank Valken has pulled off his last bank heist before settling down with his wife and daughter, a gang of killers steps in and assassinates every witness in the parking lot. Among them is Criminal Judge Veronique Pirotte, there to meet an anonymous informant in hopes of finally solving the "Mad Killers" murders. After thirty years, they seem to be back.
Alors que Frank Valken réalise un casse fabuleux, un commando de tueurs entre en action et exécute tous les témoins. On relève parmi les cadavres celui de la magistrate qui enquête sur l’affaire des Tireurs fous. Trente ans plus tard, ils semblent être de retour.
